Equipment Rates
Our professional camera packages are priced to reflect the level of quality, reliability, and care that goes into every production-ready system we provide. Each package represents a substantial investment in professional cinema technology, backed by regular maintenance, calibration, and full insurance coverage to ensure dependable performance on set. We base our day rates at approximately 2.5% of the equipment’s replacement value—an industry-standard model that balances accessibility for clients with the real-world costs of ownership and upkeep. This approach allows us to deliver top-tier, fully supported gear that meets the highest standards of image quality and production efficiency, ensuring every shoot benefits from equipment that performs flawlessly from the first frame to the last.
Half Day Rates are not equipment rental rates. If you intend to rent my gear then it is for a full day or multiple days. The Half Day Rates are for clients who are hiring me out with my gear and only need half a day worth of services.
Due to Trump Tariffs Equipment Rates have increased as MSRP has also increased for us. This means cost of repairs and/or replacement of gear has increased. That needs to be reflected in the pricing for the gear.
